1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit amount.
  • Full payment is required before the tour departure date.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • All prices are quoted in INR/USD and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Full refund.
  • Cancellation 3–7 days before departure. 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before departure. No refund.
  • Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, flight cancellations, road conditions, or safety concerns. We will provide the best alternative arrangements at no additional cost. The Jomsom flight route is weather-dependent. Buffer days are built into our packages for this reason.

4. Travel Documents

  • Indian nationals require a valid passport or Voter ID for Nepal entry.
  • Other nationalities require a valid passport and Nepal visa.
  • ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) is included in all our packages.
  • It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure valid travel documents.

5. Health & Safety

  • Muktinath is at 3,710m altitude. Travelers with serious heart or respiratory conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
  • We provide portable oxygen and first aid on all tours.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included in packages.
  • We reserve the right to deny participation if a traveler's health condition poses a safety risk to themselves or the group.

6. Liability

Muktinath Tour Nepal acts as a tour operator arranging services from third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport). While we ensure quality and safety standards, we are not liable for losses arising from delays, cancellations, accidents, or actions of third-party service providers beyond our control.

7. Meals

All meals included in our packages are 100% pure vegetarian. Jain meal options (no onion/garlic) and South Indian meal preferences can be arranged upon request at the time of booking.
